- 🧄 1 grated garlic clove
- 🌿 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 🫒 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 🥦 300g of crunchy vegetables (broccoli, peppers, green beans)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🌾 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Instructions :

- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the paprika, grated garlic 🧄, soy sauce and cornstarch 🌾. Coat the tofu cubes with this mixture.

- Heat a stainless steel pan with olive oil 🫒. Brown the tofu cubes on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy. Set aside.
