Ingredients :

  • 🥢 400g of firm tofu
  • 🌶️ 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 🧄 1 grated garlic clove
  • 🌿 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 🫒 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 🥦 300g of crunchy vegetables (broccoli, peppers, green beans)
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 🌾 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Instructions :

  1. Preparing the tofu 🥢 :

    • Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
    • In a bowl, mix the paprika, grated garlic 🧄, soy sauce and cornstarch 🌾. Coat the tofu cubes with this mixture.
  2. Sauté the tofu 🔥 :

    • Heat a stainless steel pan with olive oil 🫒. Brown the tofu cubes on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Cooking vegetables 🥦 :

    • In the same pan, add the crisp vegetables and sauté them for 5 minutes over medium heat. They should remain slightly crisp.
  4. Assemble the dish 🍳 :

    • Return the crispy tofu to the pan with the vegetables. Mix gently to distribute the flavors evenly.
  5. Serve 🍽️ :

    • Serve hot, accompanied by brown rice or stir-fried noodles for a complete meal.
