  • 🍋 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 🧂 1 pinch of salt
  • 🍬 Powdered sugar, to taste

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the pancake batter 🥚🌾 :

    • In a bowl, mix the flour 🌾 and the pinch of salt 🧂.
    • Make a well in the center, add the eggs 🥚, then gradually pour in the milk 🥛 while whisking to avoid lumps.

  2. Dough resting ⏱️ :
