Ingredients :

  • 🍄 500g of button mushrooms or other fresh mushrooms (chanterelles, oyster mushrooms)
  • 🧈 20 g of butter
  • 🫒 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 🧄 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 🥛 100 ml of thick fresh cream
  • 🧀 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 🌿 A few sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the mushrooms 🍄 :

    • Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.
  2. Heat the pan 🔥 :

    • Heat a stainless steel pan over medium heat with olive oil 🫒 and butter 🧈 until it foams.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms 🍳 :

    • Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown and tender.
  4. Add the garlic and cream 🧄🥛 :

    • Add the chopped garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
    • Pour the cream into the pan, mix well and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese 🧀 :

    • Add the grated Parmesan and stir until it melts into the sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve 🍽️ :

    • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley 🌿 and serve hot, accompanied by rice, pasta or simply a slice of toasted bread.
