Ingredients :
- 🍄 500g of button mushrooms or other fresh mushrooms (chanterelles, oyster mushrooms)
- 🧈 20 g of butter
- 🫒 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 🧄 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 🥛 100 ml of thick fresh cream
- 🧀 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 🌿 A few sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions :

Prepare the mushrooms 🍄 :
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.

Heat the pan 🔥 :
- Heat a stainless steel pan over medium heat with olive oil 🫒 and butter 🧈 until it foams.

Sauté the mushrooms 🍳 :
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown and tender.

Add the garlic and cream 🧄🥛 :
- Add the chopped garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Pour the cream into the pan, mix well and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese 🧀 :
- Add the grated Parmesan and stir until it melts into the sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
