- 🧀 150g of Reblochon cheese (or more, according to your taste)
- 🌿 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 🫒 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions :

Prepare the potatoes 🥔 :
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into even cubes.

Cooking potatoes 🍳 :
- Heat a stainless steel pan with olive oil 🫒. Fry the diced potatoes over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly so they brown evenly.

Add the onions and bacon 🧅🥓 :
- Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan with the bacon. Sauté everything for 5 minutes, until the bacon is slightly crispy and the onions are translucent.

Incorporate the Reblochon cheese 🧀 :
- Cut the Reblochon cheese into thick slices. Arrange them on top of the still-warm potatoes. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt gently for 3 to 5 minutes.

Season and garnish 🌿 :
- Add chopped fresh parsley 🌿. Season lightly with salt and pepper (be careful, the bacon is already salty).
