  • 🥓 150g of smoked bacon
  • 🧅 1 onion
  • 🧄 1 clove of garlic
  • 🧀 150g of Reblochon cheese (or more, according to your taste)
  • 🌿 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • 🫒 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the potatoes 🥔 :

    • Peel the potatoes and cut them into even cubes.
  2. Cooking potatoes 🍳 :

    • Heat a stainless steel pan with olive oil 🫒. Fry the diced potatoes over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly so they brown evenly.
  3. Add the onions and bacon 🧅🥓 :

    • Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan with the bacon. Sauté everything for 5 minutes, until the bacon is slightly crispy and the onions are translucent.
  4. Incorporate the Reblochon cheese 🧀 :

    • Cut the Reblochon cheese into thick slices. Arrange them on top of the still-warm potatoes. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt gently for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Season and garnish 🌿 :

    • Add chopped fresh parsley 🌿. Season lightly with salt and pepper (be careful, the bacon is already salty).
  6. Serve 🍽️ :

    • Serve immediately, accompanied by a green salad for a balanced meal.
