Ingredients :
- 🥩 500g of beef (fillet or sirloin)
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🍄 200g of button mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 🥛 200 ml of thick fresh cream
- 🍅 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 🍷 100 ml of dry white wine
- 🫒 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🌿 Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions :

Prepare the ingredients 🥩🍄 :
- Cut the beef into thin strips. Finely chop the onion 🧅, slice the mushrooms 🍄, and mince the garlic 🧄.

Sear the beef 🔥 :
- Heat a stainless steel pan over high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil 🫒. Sear the beef strips for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

Cook the vegetables 🍳 :
- In the same pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil 🫒 and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Prepare the sauce 🥛🍅 :
- Add the tomato paste 🍅 to the pan, then deglaze with the white wine 🍷. Let it reduce slightly.
- Stir in the crème fraîche and mix well to obtain a smooth sauce.

Assemble the dish 🥩🍄 :
- Return the beef strips to the pan and simmer over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
