Ingredients :

  • 🍖 600g pork tenderloin
  • 🍄 250g of button mushrooms
  • 🧅 1 onion
  • 🧄 2 cloves of garlic
  • 🍷 10 cl of dry white wine
  • 🧈 20 g of butter
  • 🫒 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 🌿 1 sprig of thyme
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the ingredients 🍄🧄 :

    • Cut the tenderloin into medallions. 🥩 Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Finely chop the onion 🧅 and mince the garlic 🧄.
  2. Brown the meat 🔥 :

    • Heat a stainless steel pan with olive oil 🫒 and butter 🧈. Brown the medallions on each side for 2-3 minutes. Set them aside on a plate.
  3. Cooking vegetables 🍳 :

    • In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid.

    • Pour the white wine into the pan to deglaze. Mix well to collect the cooking juices.

    • Return the medallions to the pan, add the thyme 🌿, and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly.
