Ingredients :
- 🍖 600g pork tenderloin
- 🍄 250g of button mushrooms

- 🧄 2 cloves of garlic
- 🍷 10 cl of dry white wine
- 🧈 20 g of butter
- 🫒 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 🌿 1 sprig of thyme
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions :

- Cut the tenderloin into medallions. 🥩 Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Finely chop the onion 🧅 and mince the garlic 🧄.
