Easy and tasty homemade tacos with marinated and pan-fried chicken, served with fresh crudités. A quick summer recipe to prepare in a stainless steel pan.

🧾 Ingredients
For the marinated chicken:

2 chicken fillets

The juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 teaspoon of cumin
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil
-
1 clove of chopped garlic
-
Salt & pepper
To fill the tacos:
-
8 small tortillas
-
1 lawyer
-
1 tomato
-
1/4 of a red cabbage or salad
-
1 plain yogurt (or sauce of your choice)
-
Coriander or fresh chives
👨🍳 Instructions – perfect cooking in a stainless steel pan
🍗 Step 1: Prepare the marinade

Cut the chicken fillets into strips.

Mix together all the marinade ingredients.

Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
🔥 Step 2: Preheating the stainless steel pan

Heat the pan to 2/3 power for 1 to 2 minutes.

Do the water drop test to check that the temperature is good (drop that slides = 🔥 ✅).
🍳 Step 3: Cooking the chicken

Add a drizzle of oil or not (depending on your marinade).

Sear the chicken strips without stirring for 3 minutes → Maillard reaction for a beautiful caramelization.

Turn over and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until the chicken is nicely browned.
🌮 Step 4: Prepare the filling

Cut up the raw vegetables: avocado, tomato, red cabbage.

Warm the tortillas in a clean pan (or microwave for 30 seconds).
🍽️ Step 5: Assemble the tacos

Top each tortilla with chicken, raw vegetables, a spoonful of yogurt, and fresh herbs.

Serve immediately, with a lemon wedge.
