Instructions :

- Dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the onion 🧅 and the pepper 🫑. Mince the garlic 🧄.

Sauté the vegetables 🧄 :
- Heat the olive oil 🫒 in a stainless steel pan. Fry the onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes, until translucent.

Add the tomatoes and peppers 🍳 :
- Add the tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Make small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each one. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
