  • 🫐 100g of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 🍋 1 lemon zest (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the pancake batter 🌾🥚 :

    • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder 🌿, sugar 🍬 and salt 🧂.
    • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs 🥚, milk 🥛 and melted butter 🧈. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until you have a smooth batter.
