🧾 Ingredients

2 courgettes

200g of cherry tomatoes

100g of feta

1 minced garlic clove

1 tablespoon of olive oil

A few fresh basil leaves

Salt & pepper

(Optional) A squeeze of lemon juice
👨🍳 Instructions (perfect cooking in a stainless steel pan)
🔥 Step 1: Preheating the stainless steel pan

Place the pan on the stove at 2/3 power (medium/high heat).

Let it heat up empty for 1 to 2 minutes.

Do the water drop test : it should roll like a ball → perfect temperature ✅.
🫒 Step 2: Add the oil

Add the olive oil to the hot pan, then let it heat for 20 seconds.
🥒 Step 3: Cooking the zucchini

Cut the courgettes into half-moons.

Place them in the hot pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes , stirring regularly.

Thanks to stainless steel, you will get a light caramelization without sticking.

🍅 Step 4: Add tomatoes & garlic

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them along with the minced garlic.

Cook for another 4 minutes , until they become soft.
🧀 Step 5: Finish off the heat

Remove the pan from the heat.

Crumble the feta cheese over the hot vegetables.

Add the chopped basil, season with salt and pepper, and add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
